2. EAT FREQUENTLY

Most important thing just eat contineously or eat frequently in the early post I disscused about eating continously just eat 5-4 time a day.
Reason behind eating frequently is that if you eat continously than your body gain more power than normally or automatically your weight get increase fastly.
Eat nuts and other which have high calorie continously.
