EATING STRATEGIES (DIET PLAN)

It's easy to Gain/Increase Weight. If you really want to increase or gain your weight within few weeks just read this full blog. People who are underweight are more likely to face fertility issues and have slower recovery after illness and a higher risk of complications from medical procedures.
In order to gain one pound a week, you have to consume 500 extra calories every day.

Here are some strategies, you have to follow this if you really follow these steps I'm sure that You can 1000% Gain Weight Because I also follow these steps (EXPERIENCED) And Today I'm going to share my experience to my followers or my Friends.

STRATEGIES

Eat frequently!:- Eat frequently means just eat meal Per 2 hrs every day. (Eat 4-5 times every day)
• Eat more than normally you eat.
• Don't feel hungry take small meal continously.
Eat high calorie foods:- Take dried fruit, starchy vegetables, dense whole grain breads and cereals, hearty bean soups, nuts... 
• Add lots of “extras” to food! -- Don’t eat anything plain. 
• Add healthy unsaturated fats: olive and canola oil, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados. 
• Add healthy carbs and protein: honey, jam, dried fruit, wheat germ, nonfat dried milk powder, soy protein powder. 
• Make beverages count! -- Drink shakes, milk, juice, etc. instead of water, coffee, tea, and diet sodas. 
DIET PLAN

PER WEEK DIET PLAN

#1 Take meal between 8:00-9:00 O'Clock (AM)
  • 2 cups fruit juice.
  • 1 cup fresh, canned fruit.
  • 1 cup yogurt.
  • 2 cups oat for a high energy. 
  • Spread peanut butter on brown breads (Contains more carbohydrates).
  • Take 2 banana with a glass of milk.(Use in gaining weight)
* AFTER 2 HOUR TAKE ANOTHER MEAL (POINT TO REMEMBER)

#2 Take meal between 11:00-12:00 O'Clock (AM/PM)

  • you must have to take 2-3 chappati with 1 bowl vegetables. 
  • cottage cheese.
  • 2-3 cup curd added sugar.
  • 1 long glass lassi.
  • 1 plate Rice with fried dal (beans,cereals etc vegetables).
#3 Take meal between 2:00-3:00 O'Clock (PM)
  • 1 Glass Banana shake.
  • 1 cup curd.
  • Eat dry fruits continously.
  • Black bean, lentil, split pea, chili with beans, barley, or minestrone soups.(Contains more calories than chicken soups)
  • must take half plate rice with cereals.
  • And 1-2 chappati added cheese.
#4 Take meal between 5:00-6:00 O'Clock (PM)
  • 1 bowl chicken soup or vegetables soup.
  • 1cup curd.
  • take 1 cup cereals.
  • 1 plate pasta.
  • 1/2 cup apple juice.
  • 1 long cup banana shake.
#5 Take meal between 8:00-9:30 O'Clock (PM)
  • 2-3 chappati.
  • 1 Bowl cereals.
  • 1 Bowl curd.
  • 1/4 cup vegetables.
  • 1 plate rice necessery.
*AND BE SURE AFTER TAKING MEAL TAKE REST DO NOT WALK BECAUSE BY              WALKING FOOD GET DIGEST.

*THIS DIET DOES NOT INCLUDE EXERCISE IF YOU WANT TO DO EXERCISE JUST       JUMP  #4 STEP .............


*AND BE SURE BEFORE GOING TO LIE ON BED JUST TAKE 1 GLASS BANANA               SHAKE ADDED 2-3 BANANAS.

*BETWEEN #3 AND #4 STEPS YOU MUST HAVE TO TAKE SLEEP OF 2 HRS.
